If there’s one thing I can’t live without, it’s food! Dad jokes aside, this blog serves as a chronicle of dishes and lessons learned through a lifetime of trying to feed myself and those close to me.
From burning the hell out of eggs in a scorching hot pan as a little Viking to eventually being able to assemble multi course meals that would put many fine dining establishments to shame.
